Cottonwood Financial Ltd. Payday loan payment to acct not credited payment to acct not credited December 1, 2016 - I took a payday loan out from the Cash Store back in 2014. I had to pay it off thru - - - because I ran into financial problems. I pay $1600.00 which paid it in full. Today I received a call from - then the lady transferred me to - - at -. He told me I owe $940.00 on this bill. He said I was going to be served a summons and arrested for check fraud. I tried to explain that this was pif. I said I will fax over the proof and he said the fax machine was broken. He said that they checked my records and I have never had problems like this.... |

On -/-/15 I went to payoff the outstanding balance with a cashier 's check but the representatives at the store would not take my payment stating that a an ACH had been processed on the same day for $730.00 to my Bank account which they had not received confirmation if it was paid hence unable to give me a payoff quote.
