Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to June 1, 2015 - Collection agency has repeatedly contacted me and third parties regarding an alleged debt after being asked to cease and desist contact. Agency also failed to verify the debt and prove the debt is not time-barred, including refusal to provide Date of Last Payment and/or Date of Delinquency. ... |
