September 8, 2016 - I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I went to the emergency room for treatment and gave my insurance details. I had health insurance. Instead of billing the insurance company the hospital sent me the bills. I repeated told them to bill my insurance company. After few months I hired a lawyer.
