Sallie Mae Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management February 22, 2017 - I am a victim of Identity Theft. Someone opened an account with several banks and organizations. I have been working with - to fix these issues, most all companies have taken care of the Theft my removing the account and fixing it with the credit bureaus. the exception to this is Sallie Mae. Sallie Mae Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management February 20, 2017 - I have CDs with Sallie Mae Bank. - CD matured -/-/17. I received no notification by mail but representatives insist I was sent an email. In reviewing all accounts for federal tax preparation I found - for many accounts except Sallie Mae which must be retrieved online only. In retrieving - I noted a CD matured 11 days previously and called Sallie Mae the first day it was open after the discovery. Sallie Mae Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management October 19, 2016 - On -/-/16 I deposited - by wire transfer to Sallie Mae for a one year cd. On -/-/16 I received an email which said my statement was available. copy attached. They gave me no previous warning that they were imposing onerous conditions on me that were unnecessary since they had my money. I then told them I did n't want to do business with them and to refund my money. they propose to charge me a fee that they call early withdrawal. and I feel is wrong and due to their fumbling.... |
