There is a 3 working day waiting period. We were waiting on approval from lender on mortgage. The loan was cleared for closing today - - by lender. Attorney is stating we have to wait for 3 working day waiting period due to correction to the CD by attorney to lender. Attorney stated we have to wait 3 working days and then 3 working days for closing to occur. This will put us outside the 10 working day grace period for the loan to close based on contract.
