Contacted them about obtaining information about this loan as it appears to be in the hands of the - or - collection agency that has called about this loan. Another company has already seized my daughter 's tax return to repay this same loan. The staff was extremely rude, told me to just pay the loan, referred to me as a deadbeat. I had worked out a payment plan with - previous company but they had slipped in terms that were not acceptable. This company is refusing to forward my papers so that I may review this loan.
