Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine October 7, 2015 - I rented apartment -. when we checked in carpet had burn marks. they promised to change later but never did. this is noted in check in and checkout sheet. After giving key I requested manager to check if everything is ok. he said everything is ok and I will not be charged any thing. This company did n't gave my deposit back, instead they sent a bill for - i called and sent later they never responded. after 2 year a collection agency sent a later. I replied again that I do n't owe anything and I have a proof. they never verified and reported credit agency. this company does this with almo... |
