I returned the call and could not make contact with a live person. Instead I was transferred numerous times by recorder messages and finally ended up at a company voice mail box. In a stern, but polite fashion I instructed who ever receives this message to remove me from their call list, and informed them that I do not have any debt with them. ... |

I told the representative that I am a victim of identity theft and the representative stated to me, he did not believe me. I hung up the phone and the representative continuously called me backed and harassed and verbally abused me by swearing at me telling me, I owed the debt and start telling me I will be arrested if I do n't pay this debt. The representative is in violation of Minnesota debt collection laws and The Fair Credit Reporting Act. ... |
