Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay July 2, 2015 - I received a letter from a company called Key 2 Recovery , Inc. in regards to a debt that I owe. The amount this so called company says I owe is $5500.00 because of an unpaid student loan with - College. Now I called this collection agency about this so called amount and they said its for a student loan. Yes I did go to - College, but the money I took out was through FAFSA which deals with the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. So all the student loans that I owe will be repaid through and to the Department of Education and not through a collection agency. This agency made a mistake by saying th... |
