FC HoldCo LLC Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay August 24, 2015 - The company flagship credit hired a man that claims to be a criminal investigator. He has threaten to put a warrant out for my arrest as well as threaten that I have a class - felony against me. He will not give me his name but continues to ask me to contact the comoany. This is against fdcpa. I have already notified flagship about the owner of the vehicle due to me being the cosigner. They still contact me over 15 times a day as well as other family members and harass me. I am going to seek legal action because this have put me and my family in a horrible situation.
