I never received notification of being sued. It was not until I had my wages garnished, did I know of this lawsuit. Had to pay out of pocket fees to hire an attorney, get copies of lawsuit paperwork through the - - court, and found that they lied on the document submitted to the court that they had served the lawsuit paperwork to me.
