On the - they fraudulently identified this debt on Line - as " - '' when it should have been listed as " - '' for Bankruptcy. This company is very aware of my Chapter - bankruptcy discharged in - 2016. They have received multiple correspondence of this bankruptcy since - 2016. They intent is to deceive the IRS in order to write off this discharged debt that they know is not taxable by federal law. In addition, they have fraudulently notated this debt to the IRS so I can be held liable for this debt.... |

Due to a lay-off, I fell late with - payment, but immediately brought the note current when I found another job about - weeks later. As a result of being off for that length of time, I could no longer make the payments exactly on the due date, but make them every single month in full.
