I would ask for proof of this unpaid loan in writing. They would not send anything by mail. Some said they had emailed proof others said they did mail proof. I never received anything. Midway Resolution Services LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 27, 2015 - I received a call from - with Midway Resolution LLC ( - ) in - indicating the failure to pay and they were proceeding with necessary court documents. I spoke with - and stated I had no idea of what he was referring to and he claimed it was a debt with - (? ). I explained that I dont know of this company and asked for a verification of the debt. he said he would provide and would send to my email address which they had on file.
