Receivables Performance Management LLC Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt January 14, 2016 - Rpm or Receivables Performance Management called my mom to get in contact with me over a payday loan they stated I owed on. When I called to find out who they were and to get information I was informed that I owed $300.00 dollars and the funds were deposited into - -. I have never had -. I then told the lady that the only payday debt I had I already paid off. She basically called me a liar and said I could be taken to court. I have not gotten another payday loan besides the one I paid off in over - years so I do n't understand why I am being harassed now. I also do not appreciate... |
