Delbert Services Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action July 20, 2016 - This is almost a 3 year old problem. I was told it was n't a legal loan, and they ca n't collect it, nor do I remember it. They have threatened to take legal action, several times. Called today 6 times, then I answer a local number and told they receive page work to have me arrest by other party was given 24 hours, that - felony charges was to be filed on me tomorrow. This was - mins after they email my sister - -, I said no during the call last week, he said he want to talk to my sister and I said no, he said he was going to call.
