D2 Management LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action July 27, 2016 - At - on -/-/16, I received a call from - - with D2 Management advising that she was collecting for - accounts. She stated the account balances were from 9 years ago. We came to an agreement in the amount to be paid. She stated she needed to secure future payments with checking account info or credit/debit card. I advised that she contacted me at work and I did not have that information with me. I am calling about a return check from - -. I advised her that debt was more than 10 yrs old I know that they are one of those comapnies that go thru old debt that has expired and try to collect.
