Lien Enforcement Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 22, 2016 - I bought this car never registered the car under my name. I then sold this car to a unknown person I cant remember the name. This happened 3 years ago. Its been a long time I 've did my part by releasing liability to DMV but for some reason they have no record. i send out for - inquiry witch I paid $20.00 for but when it came back my release of liability was not on their, I know I did it online for some reason it did not save under the DMV system. The collection agency told me if i forgot to enter millage or any little thing it would not accept it I 'm not sure if a did an error on my beh... |
