I called several times and each time the rep said yes we will cancel the order. So when they sent an invoice/bill, I returned it stating yet again I cancelled the order. They sent the merchandise ANYWAY. I am under no obligation to pay for a " gift ''. When the collection agency contacted me, I AGAIN stated my communication process and sent their invoice back with a written statement explaining that this was not a product I requested and therefore have no intention of paying for it.
