They provided no evidence to back up their statements or allegations as was requested in my complaint. They made a false statement to the CFPB that I called their office to split my - 2015 payment into 3 payments and then I did not pay the final payment after that and that they were unable to get in touch with me. Blitt and Gaines REQUIRED me to provide my bank account information to them so that they could withdraw money from my bank account. They are lying in response to a complaint filed by me -. Response was in writing by - - of the company. They did not attach a copy of the letter they supposedly sent to me in their response.
