Van Ru Credit Corporation Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt August 4, 2016 - I was contacted by Van Ru Credit Corporation 5 times in one day. They would hang up each time I would answer after my answering machine would pick up. When I finally spoke to them, they told me to press my suit that I have a court date coming up. That if I do not pay my bill they will take my home, and my children will be homeless. When I called and asked to speak to the President or owner I was told - - does not speak to losers. That he was on his yacht on vacation.... |
Van Ru Credit Corporation Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount October 16, 2015 - Van ru is not telling you what they really are doing. I have been lied to about my agreements with them stating that if i pay certain amount i will have my debt taken out of default then when the time came i was told oh no you have to now pay a different amount in a another consecutive time period, etc ... please just investigate or you can even google van ru scam and read about peoples reviews and experience with the companies ... |
