Then he sent us an illegal bill charging us for new paint, carpets, tile without including the receipts ( also against the law ) Now he hired these illegal lawyers to try to collect. I have filed a small claim case against them but had it delayed because of health problems. I demand that - return our security deposit or I will ask the judge to double the amount! ... |

First, have not removed the civil judgement from my credit report. Second, the reason JKW did not except my money at the court proceedings was because they wanted me out for reporting them to housing authorities. Third, it has been over seven years.
