Security Credit Services, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 20, 2015 - Upon monitoring my credit reports using CreditKarma.com. I noticed that Security Credit Services had placed a negative listing on my credit reports. I immediately sent them correspondence requesting proof of debt under the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ) Section 809 ( b ) Validating debts. I advised that this was the - I have ever heard of this debt. On -/-/- I requested full debt validation and demanded the removal of negative reporting from all the credit bureaus. They have replied back on -/-/- that they will cease all collection efforts and investigate this matter... |
