Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt September 11, 2016 - I was told by multicare they had sent my debt to collections where I was contacted by - - - to set up payments of - until debt was paid I have paid that off and when I recently checked my credit report I saw a collection for another amount to a different company that I was n't aware of. Multi care sent my debt to - different collection agencies instead of sending the full balance to the same place which resulted in me having multiple collection debts instead of - and that I could of had the debt paid if it had been sent to - place.... |

Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine August 25, 2016 - After reviewing my - credit report I was very concerned to realize that I had negative items listed that are all medical debt from the same company FMS Inc with the original debtor showing -. I immediately contacted - and was told they did not have any services rendered to me with a balance owed ( I am including documentation ) which shows any services I had have a - balance and that had if had any services ( Which I did not ) they would have been fully covered insurance. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect July 24, 2016 - I get a medical bills who was transferred to a collection agency without my knowledge and since then I get harassment calls for a collections agency night and day even on my cellphone and I am on the Do Not Call list. I get some treated of judgement and repossession of all my personal belongings. I am under stress every time the phone rings and tried not to answer number I do n't recognize but they trick me every time with different number so I soon I heard the name of the company I just hang up the phone.... |

( delivery confirmation attached ) because I had received a letter from FMS saying they are attempting to collect a debt and that I need to respond within 30 days, ( letter attached ) which I did. They sent me a letter stating that they would and that all debt collection would cease until debt verification ( letter attached ). I still have not received proof that this debt belongs to me and they have now started reporting this debt on my credit report. They are in violation of fcra. ... |
