They then sent me a letter asking me to help prove to them that I do n't owe the debt but no validation. They have continued reporting to the credit bureaus for unvalidated debt amounting over $17000.00. I have a right to see the medical bill and dispute charges of services I never received. This is directly connected to case - of which you can share the information in each complaint with the other complaint party. I have yet another company attempting to claim this same unverified debt. Harvard Collections, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 12, 2015 - I was told by the credit bureaus that the original creditor rejected to remove any negative reporting as well as updating my balance to reflect - despite providing me with a letter stating they would do so. I feel the creditor is sending me in circles because when I call to check the status of my dispute and to get more info on the process, they say that my account has been submitted to their sector that handles these claims and there is no way to speak to them and I have to just wait for a response.
