Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 9, 2016 - I have asked Franklin Collection Service to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on -/-/16 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine November 6, 2015 - I am a victim of identity theft and recently discovered that the person who stole my identity apparently defaulted on his obligation under my name. As a result this debt collection company has placed this item on my credit. There is no way that I opened this account up b/c I was in prison at the time ... |
