Grant & Weber Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt February 10, 2017 - GRANT & WEBER has placed a derogatory account on my credit profile without my authorization which has violated the FDCPA. To my knowledge, I do not owe GRANT & WEBER any alleged debt and would like them to provide proof of claim with authenticated verification. GRANT & WEBER has placed this alleged account on my credit report to intentionally cause harm to my pursuit of happiness by affecting my Consumer transactions for personal, family and household purposes.... |
Grant & Weber Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine December 7, 2016 - Attn Grant & Weber : The last correspondence I sent your company on - pertained to a demand for validation. In correspondence dated - your company sent me a simple itemization along with a demand for payment. The itemization showed the debt is over 4 years old and past the statute of limitations. However your company failed to disclose that I can not be sued for this debt. This is a blatant violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Hence, I hereby declare my intent to bring suit against your company under your failure to disclose information required by FDCPA regulations... |
Grant & Weber Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 24, 2016 - I have asked Grant and Weber to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on -/-/15 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially.
