Escallate, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine January 18, 2017 - On -/-/-, a debt collector called Escallate called my home number and left a voicemail asking for a call back. I called back and learned that Escallate was looking for my ex-husband. I explained that he and I have been divorced since -. The debt collector agreed to take my phone number out of their database. Since then, I have received calls from Escallate on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/-. I saved all of their voicemails. The calls need to stop or Escallate needs to be shut down.... |
Escallate, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 10, 2016 - I have asked Escallate LLC to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially.
