I.C. System, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received December 2, 2015 - IC Systems failed to mail me a Dummy letter. Under FDCPA that is a violation and they can no longer collect on the debt. I want the debt gone and off my credit report.
