TD Bank consumers have reported over 94 official complaints related to Credit card. TD Bank Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid December 3, 2015 - they said I payed my bill before there billing cycle was over, so the payment was used as a extra payment for the month. the following month no bill. when I recived my bill for the following month it had late fees on it. I called them and spoke with a supervisor, they said that was how it works per contract. this happened before and the fixed it. so later that month I did a refinance on my home and my bank took the equity to pay bills off, contacted all the people I owed and recived payoff amounts. what they gave them was what I owed. now the say I owe a late fee and a extra 20-30 dollars more... |
