Pursuant to the FCDBA Debt Vericiation must be furnished in order to report adverse account on my Credit Bureau Report and thus - - - has also violated the FCRA. They have reported Experian with incorrect Date Of - Delinquency. To my knowledge the date of - Delinquency is in early - and not - - as reported by Security Credit Services , LLC.
