Patenaude & Felix APC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to September 29, 2015 - I had a collection agency Patenaude & Felix call at work. When I picked up I was surprised to even hear them state they are a collection agency trying to collect a debt. I interrupted them and stated that this is a work phone and to not call back. I hung up. After that I have received several more calls and voicemail from them. I received a garnishment letter from my employer stating that Patendaude & Felix is garnishing my check. I called the company and they verified that the phone number they have on file which is my work number and that the second number to call which is my actual number. ... |

I called back and the rep who answered the phone advised me of a payment plan of $66.00 beginning later that month. I advised him that I was interested in the plan but that I needed to call back on the exact date I wanted to make a payment. He said that was fine and the call ended.
