Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 8, 2016 - Recently while conducting a monitor of my credit report I discovered that FOCUSED RECOVERY SOLUTIONS has furnished some items that have unverified information. I believe under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, I have the right to request that you allow me to validate the alleged debt. I am aware that there is a debt from - but I am unaware of the amount due and your bill does not include a breakdown of any fees. Additionally, I am allowed under the HIPAA law [ HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 1996 ], to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties.... |
