Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 23, 2016 - I am in the middle of trying to close on a mortgage, and at first - was refusing to take a persistent dispute notation off my account, today on -/-/2016 i find out on -/-/2016 the creditor Blakely Witt and Assoc, denied my request to get a persistent dispute notation removed off my credit, now they are holding my credit report hostage and not allowing me to close on a home loan, time is of the essence as i was fighting - for weeks and now i have to fight them over this. I am expected to close in the next couple weeks, and still can not get approved due to this persistent dispute nota... |

Good credit is required for a lot of our jobs and each and every American should have the right to know if an entity is reporting negative credit about them.
