April 16, 2015 - Agency refuses to update my account to the credit bureaus and supply the information that my debt has been reduced after consistent monthly payments. Under Sect. 623 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, they have the duty to report supplementary information to the credit bureaus. When I have called them about it, they are insulting, abusive.
