Professional Recovery Management Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received September 7, 2016 - On - -, 2016 I was notified through credit monitoring that I had a collection in the amount of - on my credit profile from Fox Collection. Prior to seeing this on my report I had no idea of who this company was and why were they on my report. After I looked the company up and contacted them they advised me that I owed them - from a past due medical bill that I was not aware of. After a lengthy conversation I was told that they had the right to put it on my report even with me not being aware of the bill. She said that they mailed a bill to me in - and I probably did not read it ... |
