At time of application/loan approval, terms were not disclosed such as interest rate, which is a high 35.9 %. This was found out about after it appeared on Avant website, it did not previously show before. Ive been making payments on the loan and they do not begin to cover the principal due to high interest rate. I began to utilize the funds from loan to consolidate credit cards / bills, on or about -/-/2015 Avant did a pre authorized debit for the full amount of $14000.00 from my checking account. This caused my account to fall approximately $8700.00 negative, I immediately contacted Avant whom informed me that there was a huge error and that they would exspite a return.
