November 17, 2015 - My car has been reported a total loss. Ford Total Loss Department and my insurance compnay drug their feet throughout the process causing my account to become severely delinquent. They over valued my car, and now I am stuck paying for the negative equity from my previous car financed thru them. My payment was reduced down to $210.00 approximately for 36 more months, mind you I have no car. They harass me and threaten to charge off loan when the loan becomes 2 months delinquent.
