Synchrony Financial consumers have reported over 19 official complaints related to Debt is not mine. Out of the 19 consumer complaints against Synchrony Financial, 21% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Synchrony Financial responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 5% of consumer complaints against Synchrony Financial resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 26% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
