Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 9, 2015 - I received a collection letter from Monarch Recovery Management - Inc - Monarch - dated - -, 2015. In the letter they state they are attempting to collect a debt on behalf of - Bank. I was immediately suspicious as I have never held an account with - Bank. I contacted - Bank and they confirmed my suspicion of not ever having an account with them, not owing them money and that they never turned anything over to Monarch nor do they use them for collection. I then sent Monarch a debt validation letter on - - asking them to provide details of the debt. I had not heard... |
