June 9, 2015 - I received a collection letter from Monarch Recovery Management - Inc - Monarch - dated - -, 2015. In the letter they state they are attempting to collect a debt on behalf of - Bank. I was immediately suspicious as I have never held an account with - Bank. I contacted - Bank and they confirmed my suspicion of not ever having an account with them, not owing them money and that they never turned anything over to Monarch nor do they use them for collection.
