I spoke with the company and they informed me that since I had filed out the " Release of Liability '' that the car was no longer mine and that I would not be charged and to ignore the bill that was sent in the mail. I have now received a letter from " Lien Enforcement , Inc that I now owe them money? I have the letter from the DMV showing the release of liability was filled out and processed before the car was towed. I am going to attach this paperwork if the app allows me.... |

I then sold this car to a unknown person I cant remember the name. This happened 3 years ago. Its been a long time I 've did my part by releasing liability to DMV but for some reason they have no record. i send out for - inquiry witch I paid $20.00 for but when it came back my release of liability was not on their, I know I did it online for some reason it did not save under the DMV system. A car that has not been in my possession for over 8 years. They claim that I owe the debt because I was the last register owner.
