I also had a deposit for $450.00 that I never received back. It was a lease that was split with another person ( - - and - - ). After the 6 month lease was up I had my name taken off the lease and my deposit was taken from me. The - other roomates continued to live in the residence and they would be responsible for any money owed.... |

There just was n't an option for me to click for unfair charges. I have been attempting to speak with the - - about this debt they are trying to hit me for. I understand that I had a lease with them and I understand that I had to move prior to the lease expiration. I also understand that about 89 % of all credit reports contain inaccurate, misleading and unverifiable information on them. It has also come to my knowledge that systems used by the credit bureaus such as - - do not protect the consumer as well, they just allow some companies to verify a debt whether or not it is true. She gives a tennant wrote up info, goes - and lyes to the sheriff, then she goes in my apartment and tresspasses without consent. We leave because of what she did, disposed all my items without consent, then tracks me down illegally and sends false money amounts to my aunt 's. I did not do what she said. ... |
