First, they have been sending notices to an address that I do not live at anymore and do not have any access to. My mail has been forwarded and changed with DMV, so I find it odd that they can not use my correct address, but mail something to an old, temporary address instead. They did not care and said I had to pay it regardless. I have n't known what to do about this until I read about their attorney review practices. I directly disputed this last year with the - credit bureaus and it was removed. They are still harassing me claiming that I owe them this money and if it is not received they will attempt to garnish my income and any money in a bank I may have.
