Premier Recovery Group Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 26, 2015 - Someone at - calls my home - or - times a day for another person claiming they are an investigator and she committed fraud. He even gave me the last - of her social security number. I told him he should not be giving out personal information on this person. He said if I knew her I better tell him. I told him I knew her but this was not her number and stop calling my home. He got very irate and told me this was the number he had on file. I told him to remove it and stop calling here and hung up. He called back - more times threatening to go to her job and what could happen to me.... |

At first he said he was from - solutions and then he said he was from - - - and he was calling from - - -. He said I obtained a loan in -. I did not receive any loans or credit in - of any kind. He had my previous address and social security number. He threatened to call my employer and file a lawsuit. I asked him for his address and he refused to give it to me, told me I was being uncooperative and said I would be hearing from him. I reported this to the FBI who informed to contact the CFPB. ... |
