Ocwen Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account status October 19, 2015 - ocwen loan servicing llc reports a payment in -/-/2015 as 30 days late.i paid the mortgage on -/-/2015. ocwen did not apply the mortgage to my account. I requested a correction and ocwen denied it. ocwen increased the escrow amount in -/-/2015 without me receiving any notice. I sent in the amount I always sent and they did not apply my payment making it 30 days late. I ask CFPB to have ocwen to correct my credit reports to show I did make a timely payment. ... |
