January 23, 2017 - In - 2016, I attempted to reach out to Professional Credit Services located in -, OR for a collections account that is related to a medical bill. During the conversation, the agency stated they would investigate this account ( when I never requested this ) and never sent me any information about this collection so I can understand what medical insurance documents I had to send to prove it was paid.
