'' - hired FMS, Inc. to collect the debt. Their agent called the - office shouting, demanding money, claiming I was violating the law by not giving it to her. She refused to acknowledge that - was in error by trying to collect on checks they should not have cashed. She refused to provide any proof that they had even cashed checks.
