Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action June 29, 2015 - - - from Harris and Harris located at - - - in - called my daughters phone number about 3 weeks ago. My daughter has developed medical issue dealing with her - in the last year. Last summer she went to - - for emergency care. They never asked for her information but sent a bill. I am the insurance holder so I submitted my insurance information. Earlier this year another representative from Harris and Harris called me.
