However, - ended updating their records incorrectly and handed off my 'closed account ' to a Debt collection agency called 'Debt Recovery Solutions - DRS '. DRS was contacting me for the payment, during this process my discussion and explanation of the closed and fully paid account was not accepted. I was time and again warned about the 'negative consumer credit reporting ' consequences of this collection and was pressurized to pay of $280.00.
