GE Capital Retail Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action September 7, 2015 - My wife and I have been called repeatedly by Lowe's/.Synchrony Bank by their - call center. They stated we had not paid them since - 2015. That is because our account has been paid off in full. The call center agent accused us of not paying our bills and even asked my wife, ( she is not the card holder ), if she paid her bills. I have spoken with - of the call center reps when he threatened to turn us over to a collection agency. I would like to make other consumers aware that the Lowe 's Synchrony Bank demonstrates very poor business ethics. ... |
