Cooper Hoffman Klein Associates Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action November 18, 2015 - They call me numerous times a day with threatening voicemails about taking me to court and me having to pay court costs, but they have n't sent anything in writing stating why I owe them and for what, how much, etc. They are calling my previous place of business, my home ( which I never give out ) and my cell phone- I get at least 5 calls a day.
